We believe that the best foundation for a successful remodeling project starts with open communication and a clear understanding of your ideas and expectations. We follow that up with a clearly defined and organized process to bring you remodeling project to completion.

If you are considering a remodeling project, your first step is to contact us. We invite you to call our office or send us an email so that you may provide us with the general scope of your project. We will then telephone you to discuss your project further, learn about specifics and set an appointment to meet in person at your home.

Upon learning the overview of your remodeling project, we will provide you a “ballpark” quote. If you feel comfortable with this preliminary estimate, we will prepare a written proposal. Upon acceptance of our written proposal, we will begin the design phase which will result in a set of working blueprints.

With blueprints completed, our next step is to meet with you where you will meet your project manager who will be overseeing the day to day activities of your remodeling project. Together we will walk through your home to review and answer any questions you may have.

We will provide you with a detailed schedule and timeline outlining what will take place and when it should occur. You will find all of this information available through our new internet based project management system which you can access privately through our web site.

Every couple of weeks, we will meet to review the progress of your remodeling project and make sure everything is on track and on time.

Once your project has been completed, we will do a final walk through with you to review the entire job to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final results. One month later, our customer service coordinator will visit you to make sure that you are still completely satisfied and to address any warranty or service concerns you may have.
